the staff were always smiling and ready to help. i really liked the food varieties during breakfast and dinner (especially the fresh salads). i appreciated the musician during dinner, they played professional music. the room was big and housekeeping was responsive to every request.

the staff at the reception was quick in their service, ensuring a swift check-in. room service promptly fulfilled requests for extra towels and amenities, showing attention to detail. the dining staff were attentive, quickly clearing tables and offering drink refills, i thought that was nice.

The heated pool was a plus. I really enjoyed a swim even when it got cooler in the evenings. i noticed the hotel also offered a shuttle service to the nearby beach for easy access. the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes, so i kept up with my fitness routine.
